Timothy J. Tibbetts
Academic Biography:
I am a field botanist and plant ecologist. As an undergrad, I was headed toward medicine, but had a change of heart as I neared graduation. After some time away from school, I returned with a focus that led me to my dissertation work on invasive vine ecology in temperate ecosystems. I now enjoy teaching undergrads who may also be uncertain about their futures. I also enjoy my work as Director of the Pipe Band Program at Monmouth College.
